Four Countries, one Summer: The Ultimate Itinerary

This summer, I traveled through five incredible countries, and it was an experience I will never forget. Traveling by car and plane, I explored Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, and Greece — each with its own special charm and amazing places to see.

From Hamburg to Amsterdam

My journey began in Hamburg, Germany, where I spent a day shopping at the Puma Outlet. From there, we drove to Amsterdam in the Netherlands and stayed for two days. Amsterdam was full of life with its beautiful canals, lively streets, and trendy shops. It was so cool to experience a city so different from home!

Italian Highlights

Next, we traveled to Milan, Italy, where I visited the famous San Siro Stadium and admired the stunning Duomo Cathedral. In Portofino, I tried a delicious local pizza named after the town, walked through scenic vineyards with breathtaking views of the harbor, and enjoyed the famous lemon ice cream in the charming village. We also spent one night in Lignano, Italy, where we did some last-minute shopping before heading back to Austria.

Greek Island Adventures

Two weeks later, I flew with my mom to Zakynthos, Greece. There, we explored amazing places like the Blue Caves, the Myzithres Cliffs, and Marathonisi Turtle Island, where we saw real sea turtles. One of the most unforgettable moments was watching baby turtles hatch on Dafni Beach. To top it off, we even went horseback riding in the sea — an experience I’ll never forget!

A Life Changing Journey

Traveling through these five countries showed me how much there is to discover in the world. It taught me about different cultures, nature, and helped me grow as a person. If you get the chance, don’t hesitate to travel — it’s one of the best ways to learn, explore, and create unforgettable memories.
